CCI – South Saskatchewan Presentation – Changes to the Condominium Property Act and Regulations

I was asked to provide a presentation on September 2, 2014 on the changes to the Saskatchewan Condominium Property Act and Regulations.  While there was additional information that I presented and questions answered, I was asked by a number of sources to share the Powerpoint presentation that I prepared.  Here it is, with a few minor edits.

As always, please obtain legal advice for your specific needs.
